Our Sunday Academy includes tactical, technical, and psychological coaching. It involves the ability to know your role, to have positional awareness on the pitch, and the ability to be decisive. We focus on learning how to receive, and dribble the ball, shield and protect the ball. We learn to beat defenders 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3. Most of our practices involve shooting and finishing on the net with a competitive game near the end of the session. Our programs assist athletes to increase their strength, speed, fitness, agility, and balance. We discuss the athlete’s progress and set goals that are reachable with their club team.
